How to measure your Intercooler / chargecooler / air cooler

  

1. The make and model of Truck, Car or Commercial vehicial
2. The make of engine and Horse power.
3. Then Height x The Width x The Thickness of your intercooler

The height is always measured from tank to tank regardless if your intercooler is installed with tanks running vertical or horizontal always in the direction of the bars.

Header plates are used to connect tanks to core.

 Quote the height first then the width then the thickness, the height is the dimension measured in the direction the bars run, regardless of whether the intercooler is designed for cross-flow or down-flow operation.
